It is important to talk about how you feel as it helps you feel less stressed, improve sleep and wellbeing and improve team working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make sure that you have time with your colleagues to share your feelings and concerns. You will find that you are not alone in what you are experiencing.
