This service is available to everyone and offers you a personalised plan after answering 5 quick questions that can help you deal with stress and anxiety, boost your mood and feel more in control. It also has information in where you can go if you are in more urgent need of help.

Blue Light Card provides those in the NHS, emergency services, social care sector and armed forces with discounts online and in-store. Care Friends
Care Friends is a way that Home Care Providers can recognise and reward staff performance with discretionary bonus points (Money). There are likely to be bonus points for referring a friend to join up and become a Care Worker and high standards of work such as helping People to achieve their goals.

Carers IW
Carers IW provides services for carers on the Isle of Wight and offers support and advocacy to adults who look after another adult. Services are free and confidential.
Carefree
Carefree transforms vacant accommodation into vital breaks for unpaid carers. There is no charge for the accommodation but you are responsible for all other costs (transport, food, travel insurance etc.) and there’s a £25 admin fee to help with the cost of operating the charity.
Thanks to the generosity of their Hospitality Partners, they are able to offer short breaks at minimal cost for full-time unpaid carers in need of some time off. Carers may take one break per household with Carefree each year.

1-2 nights with 1 companion (adult or child). Twin or Double room. Breakfast included.They build partnerships across the business and social sectors, employing easy-to-use, flexible technology to mobilise a network of support for those in need:
- Hospitality Partners are able to donate rooms through our BOOKING PLATFORM
- Community Partners are able to refer registered carers using our REFERRAL TOOL
- Unregistered carers can apply directly using our REFERRAL TOOL
- Once verified, carers receive a CAREFREE ID and are invited to choose a break on our BOOKING PLATFORM

The Isle of Wight Youth Trust offers you the opportunity to talk in private about any issues or problems you may be having, to help you try and find a way forward, through difficult times.
Each Wednesday from 2pm -5pm they offer a Mental Health Drop In in The Hub at 114 Pyle Street. This is an opportunity for young people 13+, to drop in, ask questions, get information and advice or find out more about the services the Youth Trust has to offer. Sometimes young people are unsure who they can talk to about what’s going on for them. This is can be a great place to go and get some of those questions answered.
