A massive thank you to the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Community Foundation for funding this project, and supporting the Mental Health Blueprint.

MH services on the IoW use the Red Amber Green Triangle to identify your level of risk and direct you to the Mental Health Services that best fit your needs:

  • Green Low risk & preventative, Self-help & community-based support e.g. online resources, signposting, talking therapies or wellbeing interventions
  • Amber – Moderate risk & may require more specialist support, e.g workshops, therapy or counselling
  • Red – High levels of risk & may require immediate intervention e.g hospitalisation or crisis support

We hope that this film finds its way to people who may need it the most.
