Alcohol Awareness week training opportunities

Its Alcohol Awareness week from 7^th – 13^th July with a theme of ‘alcohol and work’. Alcohol change have more information on this here: Alcohol Awareness Week | Alcohol Change UK.

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust have shared a programme of training running throughout the week, with morning and afternoon sessions on offer.

Topics include:

• Alcohol use and its role in domestic violence – Tuesday afternoon
• Working with young people who use alcohol – Wednesday afternoon
• Reducing stigma – Thursday afternoon
• as well as multiple sessions in relation to alcohol and mental health (referred to as co-morbid in this training).
